We love what we do, and because of that, we’re dedicated to ensuring that all of our clients’ audio/video needs are met and exceeded all while staying within your budget. We offer high-quality work and personal client service. We’re committed to providing you with top-notch technical support, day or night.

We value every client relationship; in fact, many of our clients have become great friends. Each home consultation or showroom appointment benefits from the depth and breadth of our expertise. CONSULTATIONS

Dr. Stereo offers in-home or on-site consultations to go over the scope of audio/video work a client is looking to have done.

If a client is located over 50 miles from our showroom location, we will collect a deposit of $250 per consultation (with the deposit due at the time of the consultation). Upon acceptance of the proposal, Dr. Stereo will apply the $250 deposit toward the overall cost of the project.

If a client is located less than 50 miles from our showroom, it is up to the discretion of the Dr. Stereo staff whether a fee will be charged for the consult along with any consecutive proposals.

MARY DAVIS

Owner

Mary started working with her husband, Steve, at Elite Audio, a retail store located in Eau Claire, WI, in 1999. She has worked in the A/V industry for the majority of the years since then. She earned a B.B.A. in Marketing from UW-Eau Claire in 2001 and has enjoyed promoting her A/V companies through various networking organizations and handling business management. Mary and husband Steve owned Dr. Stereo, Inc., in Henderson, NV, for 10 years before moving to Kentucky in 2014. Mary loves reading, hiking, boating, watching movies, and listening to music. Mary and Steve have one teenage daughter who keeps them very busy! Mary is excited about owning Dr. Stereo, LLC in Central Kentucky where she continues to share her love of music and movies.

STEVE DAVIS

Audio/Video Consultant

Steve earned a degree in Electronics in 1988 and was nicknamed "Doc" many years ago due to his expertise in the A/V industry. Steve was the owner of Elite Audio in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, from 1988 to 2004. He partnered with wife Mary Davis to own and operate Dr. Stereo, Inc. in Henderson, NV, from 2005 to 2014, where Steve did sales and installation of home audio systems in the Las Vegas valley. Steve loves fishing, drag racing, tractor pulls, watching movies, and listening to music. Steve is an A/V guru and a fantastic consultant for Dr. Stereo.

Cole Sharpe

A/V Technician

Cole started working at Dr. Stereo in April of 2023. He grew up in Lexington and still lives in Lexington. Previously, Cole worked as a package handler, a barista, and a bartender. He has a dog named Nina (a lab mix) and a calico cat named Mochi. Cole enjoys building computers, gaming, videography, and working out. Cole shares: "I have been interested in anything electronics since I was very little." We are happy to have Cole on board!

Cason Miles

A/V Technician

Cason is the newest addition to our team. He joined us in February of 2024. Cason has previously worked as an automobile detailer, cook, and cashier. He grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, as well as Nigeria. Cason currently attends Eastern Kentucky University studying cyber system technologies and he lives in Richmond. He has two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Lancashire Heeler. Cason enjoys cars, video games, and electronics. Welcome aboard, Cason!
